Positive ROI – Rental properties in upstate NY?
I am interested in investing in real estate were I can get positive ROI. I recently ran across a couple web sites offering to sell properties cheap, manage the property, and set up financing while keeping a positive cash flow. Sounds too good to be true. Does anyone know about this?
I would also appreciate info on other real estate markets that can return positive cash flow.

I agree with you 100%, it sounds too good to be true. But then again, there is a sucker born every minute …
Perhaps these companies you have found making such a broad claim are doing so based upon full occupancy at higher than market rent and likely do not account for vacancy rates nor the other headaches associated with owning rental properties. The competition for positive cash flow properties is pretty fierce out there..
